The hotel is okay if you just want to spend time there and has the best lobby staff I have ever experienced. It is very close to El Salvador than the capital, located on a black sandy beach that stretches for miles in both directions. However, it's best not to expect much customer service at Soliel Pacifico.

The rooms are not the best, with nice but plain furnishings, dated decor, and basic kitchenware. There are no seals on the doors, so you can hear guests from the next room, which is not very relaxing. The staff is okay and only does what's necessary.

The hotel is right in front of the beach on a black sandy shore that goes on for miles each way. In the designated times, Leslie was exceptional with her interpreting skills and guiding us on tours.

I stayed at Soleil Pacifico and had a mixed experience. The rooms were outdated and modest but spacious enough for 4 or 5 guests. They were clean and comfortable. The service was satisfactory; the staff worked hard and provided excellent customer service. The location was beautiful with the best lobby staff I have ever encountered, offering everything for a great time and a choice of quiet or lively areas. Unfortunately, the beach proximity was not enjoyable due to lacking customer service. The dining experience before lunch was really good with tasty snacks. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
